Responsibilities:

• Interaction with developers and managers (diagnosing problems, identifying bugs, setting and accepting tasks, monitoring task statuses);
• Formation of a project plan and approval with the team and internal customer;
• Collection, analysis and packaging of primary data on the problem/issue into a presentation, analytical note;
• Drawing up and maintaining work schedules up to date;
• Project team management, performance evaluation using planning methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Project risk management: risk calculation, timely notification of the team, managers, and customers. Development of a risk minimization plan;
• Building team communications and cross-functional interactions;
• Formation of technical specifications in accordance with the requirements of the internal customer and communication to the development team;
• Maintaining documentation, keeping instructions up to date;
• Various additional assignments related to the work performed.

Requirements:

• Experience as a project manager from 3 years;
• Experience in project management in the field of Fintech and Telecom will be an advantage;
• Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and SEO promotion will be an advantage;
• Experience with no-coding services or basic knowledge of PHP and JavaScript will be an advantage;
• Higher education, desire for self-development;
• Experience managing projects in Trello, Jira or similar programs;
• Experience in managing a team and running several projects in parallel;
• Knowledge of management principles using planning methodologies, the ability to quickly adapt between them;
• Skill in effective management and distribution of scarce resources.
